Update 0.4.6. is live. Fixing Save and Load issues

This Update fixes a few save and load issues that came to be with the 0.4.5. Update and also addresses a few other bugs.

Changelog:

• Save - Load event bug fix where in some cases the money balance was changed,
• Left button not working when changing clothes in character selection window,
• Added icons to Save and Load slots. Preparing the environment for the Scenario Mode Update,
• Fixing few scrolling issues,
• Post Office in Zone 2, wall issue fixed,
• Post Office in Zone 1, wall issue fixed,
• Level 1 Post Office Career, packages resizing,
• Changed Miles to Footsteps in the statistics page,
• Apartment in Zone 3, window issue fixed,
• Save issue for Postman Career fixed.
